the rooms were themed, beautifully decorated, and the beds were very spacious. it had a microwave and fridges. the location turned out to be comfortable and the best, really close to the shops and restaurants, the beach, and boardwalk.

The property is beautifully designed, with attentive employees who genuinely embody a heart of service. the hotel boasts an excellent location that is just a short walk to the beach, various shops, and many great restaurants. It's conveniently situated near the center of Rehoboth, making it easy to explore the beach and boardwalk, as well as being close to the Municipal building.

It boasts IDEAL, convenient location just off restaurants and beach, boardwalk and henlopen state park, and the shore of Rehoboth. One of tourist spots - Scooter City - is just a short stroll away from the hotel, liked that.

This place is truly exceptional and pretty clean. the staff is super friendly and really knows what they're doing. They offer a great variety of freshly prepared breakfast options, and the double room I stayed in was brand new. 😊.

The hotel was placed in the central location close to downtown. Moreover, it was near church.

Wi-Fi was very poor also the bed of mine was very uncomfortable.

Had a great time during the holidays here. the breakfasts were always yummy and satisfying, plus they had chocolate chip cookies and cheese in the lobby - a nice touch! Our rooms even had a balcony, which was a bonus for us. 🌅

The staff at Avenue Inn & Spa truly know what it means to have a heart of service. the location is marvelous, not too far away from the Verrazzano Monument. - the indoor restaurant offers great meals.
